Tourism and hospitality businesses from Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly are now invited to enter the 2025 Cornwall Tourism Awards. Recognising excellence across the region, the awards celebrate achievements in accommodation, attractions, experiences, events, visitor information, food and drink, sustainability, accessibility, dog friendliness, customer service and more.
The Cornwall Tourism Awards offer a respected platform for businesses of all sizes to showcase their strengths, gain valuable free feedback and raise their profile. Services for Tourism, the team running the region’s Tourism Awards, has for the second year achieved the highest ‘Outstanding’ accreditation from the Awards Trust Mark, giving entrants the confidence that the process is fair, transparent and genuinely valuable – something that’s been recognised by both judges and past participants.
Stuart Reid, Chief Executive from Headline Sponsor Isles of Scilly Steamship Group said, “We are delighted to be the headline sponsor of the Cornwall Tourism Awards. The awards are a major event in the calendar for Cornish businesses, so what better way for us to show our commitment to the local economy than by supporting this event. We are looking forward to seeing Cornish businesses in the spotlight, especially those which play such a significant role in the vital tourism industry. It’s one of the ways we are giving something back to the community we are so proud to be part of”.
Awards Director, Robin Barker added, “Every year we’re inspired by the calibre of entries from across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. These awards are about more than trophies, they’re a chance for businesses to benchmark, celebrate success and get recognition for their hard work. Entrants in some categories automatically go through to the National Visit England Awards for Excellence and we are keeping our fingers crossed for this year’s finalists Boscastle House, Treworgey Cottages, Polmanter Touring Park and Mylor Sailing School.”
Entries are free and open to businesses of all sizes. The deadline for submissions is 18 May at midnight.
